Refund Policy
Returns are possible under our return policy up to 15 days after the delivery date. However, we must inform you that if 15 days have gone by since your delivery, you are not eligible for a refund or product exchange. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items from bespoke orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
Moreover, it must be in its original packaging with all manufacturer seals and tags still intact. Once the courier confirms that the product and all the documents (stickers, warranty etc) are intact, your refund process will begin. When your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also let you know when your refund request has been approved. As the return item has been approved, the processed refund will be automatically sent to the blockchain address used to make the purchase. Your refund will be sent in full in the same cryptocurrency that you used to make your payment, less any transportation and other return fees.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your wallet and rescan the blockchain. If you have followed these guidelines and still have not received your refund, kindly contact us at support. Except for returns of goods that are damaged or faulty, you are responsible for the expense of shipping back your purchase. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
