Are your watches authentic?

All the watches listed in our online store are 100% authentic timepieces. Completely brand-new, unused, and with an active manufacturer warranty. Additionally, they have factory decals, complete documentation, including an original box and, of course, a warranty card or certificate stamped by the manufacturer.

I can’t find what I want from your online store. Can you help?

Yes of course we can help you find what you need. All you must do is send us the right reference number of the watch or the link from the manufacturer’s website. It will be our pleasure to help you find what you’re looking for.

Why do you accept only crypto?

We do accept only crypto because it is simple, fast, and secure. With cards and bank transfer payments, it takes long for the payment to cleared and most often, it takes longer than the delivery time.

What cryptocurrencies do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20 & ERC20), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Your prices?

We offer retail prices and not sales prices. We also do offer wholesale prices for bulk orders.

Shipping and Safety?

To offer our customers, the finest degree of protection, the products are immediately sent from the dealerships to our storage facilities for a quality inspection by the team of skilled watchmakers. Shipping is done within 3 days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Depending on the destination, we ship internationally through DHL, FedEx, and UPS following quality approval. Always with a secure bag, tracking number, and complete insurance.

Custom taxes?

Our prices are tax exclusive. This is because every country has their own custom tax fees for imports, and we do not know all. So please be sure to contact the custom office and find out before you place an order with us.

Do you do refunds?

Absolutely! We offer back 100% refund of the price of the product. Click here to see our refund policy procedures.

Do you offer free shipping?

Sorry, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees depends on the delivery destination and not the products. Delivery duration usually takes 2 to 15 days maximum regardless of the delivery destination. In case of any delay, it might be because of custom delay which rarely happens.
